| A comprehensive introduction to the workings of BNI, and how to work the BNI system. Member Success Program provides the answers in an enjoyable, interactive session. Open to new BNI members, and existing members. $35 Admission payable on the night includes, Meal, refreshments and Copy of Dr Ivan Minsner's latest Book "Networking Like A Pro"(valued currently at $25) and all Training materials are included. | An essential session for those who wish to take a leadership team role in their chapter. Attending one of the seminars before taking on a Leadership Team position is not just a BNI requirement, it is also a mark of respect towards fellow chapter members who expect you to run the chapter in a professional manner that gives everyone the benefits they joined up for. Remember that taking on the role of President, Vice President or Secretary-Treasurer is a remunerated position, and as such a certain level of commitment is expected. As with any organisation, there is always more to what goes on than meets the eye, and attending and participating in the seminar is how we help you deliver the benefits of chapter membership to members without placing too much pressure on yourself. The two Visitor Hosts and the education coordinator do not have to attend training, although we would be glad to have you along so you know what to expect of the leadership team. The visitor hosts and education coordinator are trained by your Chapter Director at their next visit, please allow some time after your chapter meeting. Leadership team seminars are also a great way to learn another style of management that may help you in your own business, by exposing you to a new set of skills and ideas that you might not come across in your day to day business activities. If possible, we strongly recommend that the leadership team from each chapter attends the same training session. Remember, you only have to attend one of the training seminars offered. Please be there at 5.15pm for a 5.30pm start. This seminar runs for three and a half hours. Tea, coffee and food is provided. Bring a pen and plenty of business cards. While the focus of MSP is your 60 second and 10 minute presentations, we also cover a range of other topics such as getting the most out of the time spent on dance cards, how to grow the chapter and how to increase the number of referrals that chapter members can find for you. We also go over some useful tracking measures and have a look at how to invite visitors. Attending MSP is also a great way to meet other BNI members.
